Martin Maageng Jakobsen Chief Transformation Officer

Martin Maageng Jakobsen is Telenor Maritime’s Chief Transformation Officer and a member of the Management Team, leading the company’s transformation agenda and turning strategic priorities into action.

He brings broad experience in product leadership, organisational development and value-driven business transformation. He joins us from Telenor Norge, where he held roles including Head of Team Enablement and Product Coach, working to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and empower teams.

Martin is passionate about combining clear direction with strong ownership to help organisations adapt, create value and continuously improve. We are excited to have Martin on board and look forward to the experience and perspective he brings to Telenor Maritime.
