Marte is an experienced collaborative leader with more than two decades in product leadership. She has a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications and has held leadership positions across several industries.

Marte has consistently proven her capacity to create value for users and businesses alike, foster the growth of organisations, teams and individuals, and create products that are both accessible and user-friendly. She has led the development of innovative products and won awards for her work.

In June 2024, she assumed the role of COO, concentrating on establishing a dependable, versatile and sustainable delivery and operations organisation.
