Telenor Maritime operates a 24/7/365 Network Operation Centre, which provides remote monitoring and support to all our customers. The NOC will provide all 1st line support on the installed systems according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). As per today, the NOC is set up with head of NOC and a pool of technical support engineers, securing the 24/7 rotation schedule. All NOC operators have relevant competence to provide support to the customers, execute remote troubleshooting and to resolve most of the support cases.
