Ross has over 20 years’ experience in the cruise industry having previously worked for a large cruise company as their shoreside IT Manager. His background is in technical project management having delivered many high-value IT Infrastructure projects, both as a customer and as a vendor. Service has always been foremost in all his roles, along with a deep technical understanding of the products he supports.

Currently, as Sales & Customer Account Manager, Ross is deeply involved in the sales process, partner management and much more! He is Telenor Maritime’s own English gentleman and committed to ensuring the customer journey is a positive experience, whether you be a long-standing customer or simply interested in learning more about our products and services. Ross lives on the east coast of the UK with his family.
