To connect to the ships internet, purchase a Wi-Fi package and pay by credit card, google pay or Apple pay. You can also buy a voucher at the reception on or at other sales locations on board your ship.

You can purchase in the reception and possibly a few other places onboard. You will then get a 'voucher code' that you need to enter on this page.

 

If you have purchased internet access in this portal, using a credit card and have not written down your voucher code, and you have lost your internet access before it has expired, then click on I've lost my code on this page (under tab 'WiFi') to find it again. If you have purchased several packages with the same credit card, you need help from the service desk / reception to figure out your voucher code(s). Bring them the same credit card you used to purchase your package(s) with and they will help you. Some phones frequently change their ID (Mac address) for privacy reasons. This causes your device to not be recognized by our system.

Therefore you should always take note of your voucher code.

There is one main reason for this, and it's a new feature that is default ON on most phones, called Randomized MacPrivate addressMAC address typeor something similar. This feature causes the phone to change it's 'identity' (mac address) either at regular intervals or every time the phone reconnects to a network. When this happens, our system does not recognize the device any more (since the identity is changed) and the user will have to 'log on' again.This setting is done per network, and you have to be connected to a network before this setting can be changed.We suggest that you change this setting while you are connected to this Crew network, to make sure our system recognizes your phone all the time and keeps it connected.Also, most phones forget this setting when you do "Forget network" also, so you will need to re-configure it if you do "Forget network" at some point.

Visit the official website of your mobile operator. Look for sections related to international roaming or travel plans. This is often found under the “support” “help” or “travel” sections. Your home operator is required to provide information about prices and usage limits, typically through a welcome SMS when you arrive a new destination. Check if your operator offers special roaming packages or plans that can reduce costs. These packages often offer a set amount of data, calls and text for a fixed price.
